Private clients / Wealth-related legal support

Protect what matters.
Plan with perspective.

When family, assets and future plans span more than one country, the legal arrangements deserve a coordinated review. We provide wealth-related legal support and adviser coordination focused on ownership, succession and clear responsibilities.

Connect the legal arrangements

We help identify the questions raised by ownership structures, family circumstances, residence and the countries connected to your assets. The purpose is to create a coherent brief for the legal and tax work needed, rather than treating each document or jurisdiction in isolation.

Asset protection and succession, within the law

Potential workstreams include reviewing the legal arrangements around asset ownership, discussing succession objectives and coordinating country-specific advice. Lawful planning must take account of existing liabilities, disclosure duties and the rights of others. Documents and implementation steps are separately scoped with the relevant qualified advisers.

Work alongside your existing advisers

We can coordinate the legal questions with your accountant, tax adviser and authorised financial adviser, with your consent. This service does not provide investment recommendations, portfolio management or financial-product selection. Those decisions belong with appropriately authorised providers. Clear roles help avoid gaps between legal documents, tax advice and financial planning.

Before you book

Your questions, considered.

Is this an investment-management service?

No. The service is legal support and adviser coordination. We do not advertise investment advice, managed portfolios, custody of assets or promised returns.

What should I prepare?

A high-level list of the countries involved, asset categories, ownership arrangements, existing advisers and your main family or succession objectives. Detailed records can follow through an agreed process if further work is appropriate.

How are fees agreed?

An individual consultation can help define the questions. Any substantive review, drafting, local advice or coordination work is quoted and agreed separately before it begins.
